Allen Bare is rude. I got there before lunch and refused to give me $1 drink bc when I asked for the drink it was after breakfast had ended.. But yet I got there beforehand having to wait on my door dash order for over 15 minutes. Workers seem slow and incompetent. None of them know what they’re doing it seems. Do better and hire some people who actually wanna work and take care of their customers. Mason Harris is honestly the only manager who seems to be nice and professional when I come in.

The manager clearly has a major attitude problem. If you dislike your job as much as you appear to, perhaps it's time to consider a different line of work-ideally, one that doesn't involve customer service. Life is already tough enough; there's no need to make it worse by being rude to others.

Avoid this place. Literally, a bag of Walmart fries and nuggets would have tasted better and been about 6 bucks vs. the 38 we just waisted. I will NEVER eat there again.

This place makes you order either on line or order on a kiosk . We tried to order on line but it wouldnt work so we ordered on a dirty kiosk. While we were there a couple couldnt figure out the order system and left mad. Its an unfriendly place. Probably wont go back much or ever.

In the past 20 days I've been to Wendy's 20 times to get a baked potato. I've been successful once. Tonight I was told they are out. Ok...I'll get a pecan salad...out! Chili...out! I spoke to a manager who told me their system is down. The pos system has nothing to do with food production...it's a consistent problem. It's really bad management. When I spoke with the manager and said this Wendy's was very poorly managed...he told me if I didn't like it...there's the door. Very unprofessional and loud in a dining room with 3 tables. Quite unbelievable to me. I would really like to speak to the owner....the staff obviously doesn't care.
