The lady seemed annoyed to help me in the drive-through and when I asked for more sauce, she rolled her And then we come home to missing our six count chicken nugget, and there’s cheese on all the burgers we requested no cheese on! Do not recommend

I ordered a medium Baconator meal and didn't realize by default it came with a single patty for $10.79. I was very displeased with the Baconator and how the cook handled the situation. He made me feel idiotic for not knowing it came as a single especially when I wasn't asked if I would like to make it a double or triple. Since when does a Baconator come as a single?

Food is decent & the place is really clean. Service is definitely on the slower side so be prepared for a wait. Staff is friendly though & orders are usually correct. I would recommend overall.

The chicken nugget meal was ok. A little short on fries today. What made the meal was the orange shake. It's a keeper. The young lady at the window was nice and personable.

The best deal for cost is the meal in a bag, otherwise it gets expensive fast. I asked for the double bacon without cheese. I got cheese and the bacon got put on my husband's burger instead. They have a great variety of sauces though, and they are very good.

I ordered a bacon egg croissant with no cheese. They forgot I was at the window after handing me my drink and walked off. after sitting for 5 minutes someone came to the window and said she thought she had handed this to me. When I got my food I got a sandwich with Chicken and Bacon on it. I was the only one there the entire time and it was still wrong.

Terrible customer service. Ordered baked potato with our combo, received fries. Told them I ordered a potato instead of fries and the young girl at the window told me I had ordered fries. Twice she told me this and then insisted on charging me for the potato that I actually ordered. Manager came over while I was giving the girl the fries and telling her I would not pay extra because they made a mistake. She did give me the potato, however once we got home and prepared to eat it.....it was raw. It had been cut and chives put in it, but raw. Ordered chili as well and asked for hot sauce....no sauce and no spoon to eat it with. I'm a firm believer that a business is only as good as it's leaders....the franchise owner desperately needs to step in and take a look at their management team.
