After looking at the reviews on here it looks like no one gets their right order! I got a completely wrong plate nothing on it was mine. I tried to call and let them know it was wrong and I let the phone ring for about 5 mins straight with no answer.

After reading the reviews for the past 8 months, there appears to be a management problem at this Cook Out. The rude employees should be fired right along with the manager and replaced with professional employees that Corp office strives to hire.

Ordered, big double burger with a quesadilla and fries, got a chicken finger plate instead. Took it back to get what I ordered she then gave me another chicken tender plate with quesadilla this time. Don’t know if it was the cooks fault or the cashier but damn get it together not the first time this has happened. Would not recommend going at NIGHT.

Wait is always really long every time I go, even if there's no one else in line I usually end up waiting around 10 minutes for my food and 2 to 3 minutes for them to speak up when I'm at the menu.
