Idk what’s worse, the fact I was actually craving food from KFC or the fact I didn’t even place an order. Tried to place an order, was told the were completely out of dark meat 20-25 mins to close; no offer to wait or supply; just sounded like someone more concerned with going home rather taking an order. After 2-3 attempts to find a way to work around this situation with them it felt like I was doing more more than I should be to place an combo order being I’m asking “doesn’t a side come with this combo?”I’m not quite sure I remember the verbatim response but again after working an 11 hour shift myself and not having an opportunity to eat all day and now coming here to be met with the disrespect or lack of customer care was more than frustrating enough for me to just tell them to cancel it while I left to find something elsewhere. As a fellow food service/hospitality worker, this one bites dude.

Very nice and friendly. We had a very complicated order. We were one of those customers that wants to add this, but subtract that and blah blah. ? The cashier was very patient with us. We dined in, and the restaurant was very clean. We did end up missing one fry, but it was almost impossible not to get at least one thing wrong with how many substitutions we did. So missing only one fry was very impressive. We went back to the cashier, she apologized and gave us another fry immediately. I'm very bad for catching people's names, so I wish I could call her out to give her the praise she deserved. If you are in this area, stop by and you will get fresh food and great customer service.

I just left from there, I got the $20 box with a $5 side. I wasn't happy about it when I got home and look in the box. There was no chicken I am pissed. I asked for 4 Thighs and got none. I had only a hand full of fires you would think someone had ate out if the box. I called 3 times now no one answered the phone. I really want my money back. KFC in Whiteville is not a good place to get a meal for your family. For now on I will just go to Bojangles. SMH

You can tell this KFC has experienced leadership running the place. You are greeted when you walk in with a friendly smile. The food is always fresh and most importantly the place is clean! I would recommend stopping inside and giving the place a try! This is coming from someone who eats here at min once a week!
