I usually love zaxbys but its exspensive so its more of a treat for us so its rare we come. This visit i was so very disappointed. Their was a rather rude lady that seemed to be a team lead we got our food and we were both missing a tender from our trays i went back up to politely ask for them as i paid for the 5 finger plates not the 4 which is a dollar less thn i paid i was met with a bad attitude her saying oh good lord then turning to the kitchen and being rude and telling...
Very clean restaurant and very nice presentation of food. Good was delicious. Actually looks like the pictures on the menu so what you see is what you get

My wife and I eat in after we were told we had to have correct change only or use a card.If you over payed they will keep your change.The manager would not go to a bank only a half mile down the street to get change.This is stealing money.It took15 minutes to get the food because they can’t get their work together. This is March -8 2024 at3 :50 in the day . POOR MANAGEMENT
