came to burger king to grab some dinner. Went through the drive thru and no one responded while actively looking at me through the window. Had to honk and call out hello but no one answered so I had to drive up to the window where it took forever for someone to actually answer. After taking my order they said it would be a long wait....which is kind of the opposite of "fast food" it needs better employees who can multitask taking orders.

Why be fast food if ain't nun fast about it I work near by have a 30 lunch stuck in the drive thru for the whole 30 never even got our food and was last to work if I could give a 0 star I would

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had and service was extremely slow took 20 minutes for the drive thru with noone else in line

Terrible service. They never attended to us and the people who were in front of us had been waiting for at least 25 minutes for an order of fries and a hamburger, if they can avoid eating here better, terrible service

After fuel and stopping at the restroom, I stopped at the Burger King to grab a fast lunch so I could get right back on the road. I ordered at 1:06 and then realized that approx 10 customers were standing at the food pick up area looking very upset. I could see 5 employees that were digging along like they had just finished a marathon or plan and simple didn't want to be there. Customers would ask about their food or complain to them their food would be cold and they REFUSED to respond or acknowledge them. I recieved my order cold at 1:26.

Clearly, they don't care about bad reviews, but i tried to order at the drive thru today and the person working the window interrupted me every time I said something. It started with me barely getting the kind of burger I wanted, interrupted with whether or not it will be a combo. I said there won't be a drink and went on to try to specify what I wanted on the burger when she interrupted me by asking what size fries I wanted. I wasn't getting fries at all and I told her that and tried to go back to specify no onions on the burger when she stopped me again to argue that I had only said I didn't want a drink when she asked about a combo, so that must mean I was getting a sandwich and fries only. The truth is, I was going to get onion rings but I couldn't even finish ordering the burger. I told her "Im not done yet with ordering the burger" and she huffed and "oh, gonna be like that!" I knew then this was not a person I wanted to get food from. What is wrong with you people that you cant just listen to what someone wants? I have worked in fast food before. Just freakin' LISTEN and you will be able to press the correct keys. It is not hard. You should not interrupt people. It is disrespectful no matter what your job is. I drove away and ate somewhere else.
None of the fountain drinks worked. Theyre extractor wasnt working so they were not serving burgers. The fries where like a day old and the food was disgusting.

Ordered and after 30 minutes I asked about my order. Millz tells me “we’ve called your order three times, so we threw it away” as I stood there the entirety of the 30 minutes. So I asked for a refund and she rolls her eyes and says “we don’t do refunds” while I’m looking at a folder on the wall of their drive thru that says “refund logs.” Took my receipt to fill my order, so I didn’t get to file a complaint with the actual business. Place is trash at service. I work in the industry and this was just absolute garbage.
