Walked in no one said hello, the whole vibe was just dead… I ordered a #8 told them the toppings I’m assuming the guy was new because there was a lady telling him everything. I walk to the end to pay. So I get home and there’s no bacon or mayo. They never asked if I wanted it. That’s the only reason I order #8 The whole thing was just lousy customer service. Friendly and efficient. Wish they hadn't placed sandwich on top of chips in bag but other than that it was a good lunch togo experience. Another take out today 4/12 4pm, excellent service very friendly and made me the best #13 ever! Love this location.
The service and food at this Jersey Mikes was amazing. When I was checking out, the manager commented on my unique wallet. I said I got it in Ukraine on a mission trip. She asked about Ukraine and what I have been doing there for almost 20 years. When I mentioned I was leading a team from my church to Poland to serve Ukraine war widows and orphans, the manager said my meal was complimentary. That was incredibly kind.
