Just left their drive thru. Pulled up to speaker. Had to ask over and over what the person was saying. We ordered and waited. I finally said hello to get their attention and told them their speaker was not working well and we could not hear them. Another lady came over the speaker and said " the speaker works just fine. Try rolling your window down." Ma'am, my window is all the way down...it's your speaker. I didn't even try to order anything else. When we got our food which was shrimp and fries, there was very few shrimp. I guess that was their way of repaying us for alerting them that their speaker wasn't working correctly. Very rude, unapologetic for their equipment failure and blaming issue on customer. Will not return to this location.

Order pick up time was 6:50p. I left at 7:28p.After standing under a sign that specifically said Mobile and Online Orders pick Up and not being acknowledged, as employee Richard reached across and pass me to refill his Sweet Tea I asked: “Do you all acknowledge the line under this sign?” He starts to raise his voice and tell me they are short staffed and don’t have time to run here there and everywhere to see who needs help. I advised that was not my concern I just wanted to know was pick up under the sign shown.. he then continued to perform for all the customers and employees, telling me I could stand there all day he didn’t care and how he could stoop to my level.. I told him I simply asked a question, another male employee came as Richard was aggressively speaking at a high tone, he came to calm the situation and he did. After getting home my 10 piece was an 8 piece with no biscuits all for $27. I will be there tomorrow to speak to management. This was a real disgrace!

For starters I ordered through DoorDash like always. I ordered at 5:49pm. After placing my families order we immediately called the store because it would not let us put a note about no mayo on sandwiches as we have an intolerance to it. When the lady answered the phone she was rude. Then I messaged the doordasher at 6:51pm because I noticed he was still waiting on our order. I asked if he could please make sure no mayo was on the sandwiches. He said he had been waiting there for the food for 20 minutes and they weren’t even busy. Finally received my food over an hour and a half later with Mayo on sandwiches, my kids mac and cheese had green stuff on the inside container. And our sandwiches were cold and were mushy to touch. Just absolutely disgusting. I have never had problems with my orders before but usually I order during the day time. But this time it was at night and I am speechless. I will never go back to this location again due to the rude staff, not making my order correctly, the weird colors on my children’s food…just NO!!!!!

Truck Stop Chicken- Went there to order chicken sandwiches - the place was a train wreck - only one person taking orders and a few people in back. Was there for 20 minutes waiting to order. The chicken on the sandwiches was over-cooked, tough, and half the size that it should be. Simply awful. Not going back.

The worst Popeyes in my life, staff are very slow and this place needs like 15 workers. It’s very busy. I waited in line for 20 minutes and was told to wait 15 minutes because they didn’t have ready chicken.

We were looking for a different taste in chicken .... Popeyes. Here we to TA truck stop in Gibsonville, NC (we were closer to there at the time). The young man that waited on us was so nice. We got a mixed box, sweet & spicy and ghost pepper wings, side of beans & rice ( I love this).
