We were staying at a local hotel and needed something quick to eat. So glad we decided to go to Arby's. The young man who helped us, Brad, was incredibly helpful with taking our order and helping us navigate through some coupons we had to get the best value. He was very patient with us and answered our questions. Brad was very friendly and helpful. Brad should be commended for his customer service and compassion.

We went through the drive through and enjoyed a roast beef sandwich and krinkle fries. I tried the strawberry shake but will pass on it in the future- wish Arby's would bring back the polar swirls from back in the day (similar to a blizzard or mcflurry for those young folks who never got to experience those snickers and reeses were my favorite desserts and still would prefer them over a blizzard and definitely over a mcflurry)
