Went about 15 till close, it took 5 min to get them to come to window. The food was horrible the fries were cold the sandwiches were old I will not be back to that Arby's

On more than one occasion I have gone to this Arby's and had my order completely messed up. I've had a beef n cheddar, with no cheddar. I've ordered crinkle cut and gotten curly, and I've ordered medium coke and gotten small sweet tea. This is getting out of hand.

I ordered for two people take out. When we got home none of the food was fresh and cold. It was thrown in the bag and fries were on the bottom and all the sandwiches were on top . This is the worst experience at a Arby's I've had. It was so bad that we threw it in the trash.
Staff was very helpful. The store was servicing a large number of people due to the hurricane in the area, causing power outages for local residents. The staff worked very hard to keep up. Great job!!!
