My sandwich 🥪 was extremely good, however, it was cold. Cheese wasn't melted, nothing. Bacon was limp. But after I got it home and put it in the air fryer, Omgosh... it was fabulous. I think they should give you the option of a hot or a cold sandwich.

We went on Sunday evening on August 17th about 5 o’clock. First of all, they were out of ketchup! However, while dining in The manager apparently called the cops on a man sitting on the curb, telling the cops he was asking people for money. We have been sitting there for about 45 minutes. I did not see him ask anyone for money. There was also several customers inside that said the same thing they did not see him asking for money! During the meantime, a couple bought this man...

I ordered for two people take out. When we got home none of the food was fresh and cold. It was thrown in the bag and fries were on the bottom and all the sandwiches were on top . This is the worst experience at a Arby's I've had. It was so bad that we threw it in the trash.
