Very disappointing. Dirty bathroom. Price issues - charged $1.5 for tap water; charged different than the menu price for a dish; add-on charge for service and another one for credit card payment.

I don’t have any pictures but I’ve been going here for about a year now, and it’s just inane how authentic it is. Look at my profile photo, I don’t even know what authentic means for Mexican cuisine—but this is absolutely delicious, from their tacos, to burritos, to Nacho Fries, Sopas and Pupusa. I feel like someone stood in my kitchen and prepared it with care for each meal.

What a pleasant surprise! We stopped on our way to West Jefferson, and this may be better than anything we ate there. Between everyone in our party, we got steak, al pastor, carnitas, barbacoa, and suadero tacos. All were FANTASTIC. Tortillas were definitely homemade, and these are BIG tacos for an order of 4 to only cost ~$11.

Friends had the tres leches cake and said it was also really good.

We'll be coming back any time we're on that side of NC.

One evening before closing time, I dropped in for pastries, and the owner explained and showed me their treats. I tried the guava and the vanilla, and both were delicious. He also talked to me about their other offerings, so I went back for lunch the next day for their tacos de lengua. They were amazing; all of the ingredients were super fresh, and even the tortillas were handmade in the restaurant! I look forward to visiting again soon!

Over priced for lunch menu! Chicken was dry and over cooked. No salsa or chips like most restaurants! Small drink was $3.50. No heat so had to eat with a coat on!

OMG Stay away from this dirty restaurant. TERRIBLE FOOD horrible prices. Nasty people and poor service and attitudes.

Oh and the pricesssss are insaneeeeee. Must be charging in pesos 30 dollars for a taco and drinks like what the heckkkkk

Be careful because they jack up the price and make you wait hours to get your food.

The only other option they gave was to pay out of pocket more money on a $50 order for one item!!!
