This Papa Johns was a trip!!!! There should be stars next to entertainment. Ordered food online for pick up it said about a 45 minute wait. We go to pick up the food and the parking lot is jam packed. I am told it is a 2 hour wait. My friend and I waited in the parking lot got out about an hour later and was told another 30 but the events happeneing in the lot kept us entertained as well as the staff who were very unique but working their butts off. I wouldn’t go back to this location again but honestly I am not a fan of Papa Johns anyway.
I ordered a pizza today at around 8, it said it would deliver around 8-9. i was waiting around for it forever. i finally decided to call them at 9:50. The woman who was on the phone told me since i didn't pay with card and i didn't leave a tip no one picked up my order. i intended to pay with cash, and tip with cash. the only options she gave me was to reorder on doordash with a card, or do carryout or cancel. she asked me if i wanted to cancel first. i was very polite with her. Honestly I don't have the option or the freedom to do anything but cancel. I'm very mad this happened. I'm super freaking hungry.

The food quality has gone downhill badly over the years but the prices are still high. Plus, outsourcing their call center operators overseas, with people who don’t speak good English. Rude and curt “customer service “ agent, they’ve lost a customer for life.

Ordered on the app and it said 7:08-718pm. Arrived at 7:20 and they still hadn't begun to make the pizza on a sleepy, Sunday night. Something is out of whack with the store and the ordering process.

Beware at this papa John’s location,.. they re-date there old expired products/toppings and resells it ,.. as well as the dough is expired too but they re-date the old expired dough too and also sells it ,.. I literally stopped eating there pizzas after I found that out ,.. I’ve got food borne illnesses from a restaurant for undercooked eggs that lead to sepsis !.. so just think about expired food and Re-dating it ,.. it’s sick !… then serve it to consumers!.. all the staff that does this should also be ashamed… what if someone have sold expired food products to you ?, how’d you feel if you’d got sick ,? So just imagine all those costumers you could’ve made sick/put in the hospital… so please if you want pizza y’all,… go somewhere else that takes better care of there costumers and sell better fresher food.

PLEASE take head to this review, it is a honest experience. DO NOT waist your time or money here. I am not a extremely picky eater but the pizza and cheese sticks we received were absolutely inedible..we got a large thin crust build your own ,5 topping pizza and cheese sticks, the pizza was so hard it tasted like cardboard , literally could not eat it! The cheese sticks which I normally love were hard as peice of cardboard as well. I don't even understand how you could make a pizza and cheese sticks this bad. On top of that it was a build your own 5 topping..mind you they charge for each topping after 2 , barely any toppings on it at all! Hello , I paid for that , it wasn't free or included. To put some icing on that cake , we called to let them know and the response we got was QUOTE " you placed the order at x time and it was ready at x time , I don't know when you picked it up ".. well first of all we picked it up as soon as it was put out and it's 12 minutes home to open the box up to all that inedible mess ! This is the first time I've had to call a restaurant in years bc the food was so bad No one in the house could eat it ... after paying $30 for one large pizza and cheese sticks... be warned this is the quality of food and customer service you can expect from papa johns in wilkesboro ..from that you can make your own decision.. I would definitely submit pic if I had the option here

We order extra large all the time. Their pizza has always been great, last night the pizza was just nasty. It barely had any topping. There was 1 pepperoni, a sliver of black olive in a slice. There were three pieces of sausage for the entire pizza. It was a waste of money.
Got delivery didn't receive my sauces ordered a brownie and received a cookie and they sent driver back out with a replacement and they still brought another cookie. Who cannot tell a brownie from a cookie?

I ordered a pizza for pickup and The address takes you to someone’s house so that’s a bad start all together; the pizza was not great it was alright but it wasn’t what I ordered or what I paid for. I would not use this specific one again.
