Good food, friendly service. It's a drive through and not the easiest area currently to get in and out of with road construction. It's so close to other buildings that, though an experienced drive could, I wouldn't recommend taking a long trailer or moving truck through. Sometimes there's more room than others because of parking from other businesses.

It's clean, but every time I order a pizza only from this location, it's half crust and half pizza. We call it in, express the concerns that they keep doing this and it keeps coming almost all crust. This is literally the only location that does this.
Also, the lady manager is extremely rude. No wonder why this location is currently hiring for a new GM.

Me and my wife were in town for a funeral and ordered pizza to the hotel .6 miles away and never received order called next day and of course order could not be found and no refund

I ordered epic sausage stuffed crust pizza and they put about 15 pieces of sausages on the pizza it was a joke the worst pizza I've ever had from Papa John's the people that you have work in there are not trained right

This Papa Johns was a trip!!!! There should be stars next to entertainment. Ordered food online for pick up it said about a 45 minute wait. We go to pick up the food and the parking lot is jam packed. I am told it is a 2 hour wait. My friend and I waited in the parking lot got out about an hour later and was told another 30 but the events happeneing in the lot kept us entertained as well as the staff who were very unique but working their butts off. I wouldn’t go back to this location again but honestly I am not a fan of Papa Johns anyway.
I ordered a pizza today at around 8, it said it would deliver around 8-9. i was waiting around for it forever. i finally decided to call them at 9:50. The woman who was on the phone told me since i didn't pay with card and i didn't leave a tip no one picked up my order. i intended to pay with cash, and tip with cash. the only options she gave me was to reorder on doordash with a card, or do carryout or cancel. she asked me if i wanted to cancel first. i was very polite with her. Honestly I don't have the option or the freedom to do anything but cancel. I'm very mad this happened. I'm super freaking hungry.

The food quality has gone downhill badly over the years but the prices are still high. Plus, outsourcing their call center operators overseas, with people who don’t speak good English. Rude and curt “customer service “ agent, they’ve lost a customer for life.

Beware at this papa John’s location,.. they re-date there old expired products/toppings and resells it ,.. as well as the dough is expired too but they re-date the old expired dough too and also sells it ,.. I literally stopped eating there pizzas after I found that out ,.. I’ve got food borne illnesses from a restaurant for undercooked eggs that lead to sepsis !.. so just think about expired food and Re-dating it ,.. it’s sick !… then serve it to consumers!.. all the staff that does this should also be ashamed… what if someone have sold expired food products to you ?, how’d you feel if you’d got sick ,? So just imagine all those costumers you could’ve made sick/put in the hospital… so please if you want pizza y’all,… go somewhere else that takes better care of there costumers and sell better fresher food.
