16:10 from pulling up at the speaker to receiving my food. This is after placing a mobile order approximately 10 minutes before arriving. So it took almost half an hour to make a quesadilla and some burritos. Multiple people just standing around doing nothing. Awful job.

The nacho fries are left overs. They are always cold and hard as a rock. Every single time I order them. The fountain drinks also need more syrup they are mostly just carbonated water.

Spent $31.42 on two Gordita crunches and three soft taco combos. It was not worth the price. Still hungry because there was barely any meat in the Gordita crunches and tacos. We have gone here a few times and the same thing has happened. We tried to give it a chance, but we will not be back.

We almost didn’t go to this taco bell because the stars were not that great. We were pleasantly surprised to say the least. The store was so clean, the employees were so kind, and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious!

Super clean, excellent customer service, and super fast food prep. I visited on 07/18/25 at 3:40pm and the women working were awesome. The Taco Bell near me is trash, I had such a good experience at this one it’s like night and day, so I wanted to be sure to leave a positive review. :)

I eat here out of convenience since it’s beside my work but for the past couple of months, I can’t get hot food here. I have made five visits here this month at least and have yet to get hot food. My cheese on my flatbread melts, quesadillas, stackers, burritos, etc is always cold and not melted, one time they forgot the meat and toppings altogether on my cantina chicken quesadilla but I let it go. I try to switch it up with what I order and give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s been consistently bad for weeks now. When I went earlier this week I couldn’t even finish my food, the beef was warm but has a weird taste and the cheese is cold and the tortilla has a hot spot, but is otherwise room temp and cheese is not melted? It’s supposed to be a melt - photo attached. It made me sick. The girls at the drive thru are so sweet though so I’m giving stars for that! But please get it together in the kitchen, don’t make us lose another Taco Bell.

Asked for fresh nacho fries didn’t care to wait ordered a small and large and first off they said it’ll be 5-10 minutes before their fryers come up well I work in fast myself as a shift lead why are all fryers down @2pm on a Saturday? Then hands me my food these are my small fries and then forget my large the girl opened the window when she realized we are still waiting and says is their a problem like yeah you forgot my fries and to leave that attitude at home, shitty service and food. If I ask for fresh fries don’t care to wait i am the paying customer give me what I want . Just thought I’d share how my fries looked

It slipped my mind and I forgot to review when this happened, but I walked in to this location about a week or so ago now, and I was told by a girl working the drive through that she would be with me in a minute. No big deal. Then, as I stood and waited, I took one look at nasty looking staff and the nasty looking kitchen and walked right back out. I can’t rate the food as I did not eat, because I decided it wasn’t clean enough I’d want to be partaking in any meal from there or any meal prepared by anyone I saw working there at the time. I’d rather go through the trouble and cook at home and get a decent and clean meal rather than spend $25 at Taco Bell anyway.

This taco bell skimps on their protein. Chicken cantina bowl, extra chicken, w/steak $12+ you get about a tablespoon of meat. Wouldn't recommend this location.

Spent $47.35 at taco bell and all my order was all crushed so bad my kids wouldn't even eat them. Only check the bag didn't open all packages the chips they sent were half empty and all little crushed pieces. Not happy at all especially since I spent$50 on fast food also I thought they were supposed to put them in boxes or the lil cardboard they were all smushed
