I ordered a 20 piece chicken strip meal for my family along with fries and bread? I asked for extra sauce and was told that I was only entitled to four packages with such an order?
Needless to say I had to purchase extra sauce?
I filled out the survey on the bottom of the receipt and was contacted by the manager that backed up the store personnel and assured me that four packages of sauce was plenty for 20 pieces of chicken
Sitting in drive thru for 15 min and still no one has taken my order. Did everyone walk out or did they run out of chicken? 🤷🏼♀️ once you are in the drive thru you can not get out till the end. 🤦🏼♀️. Chick-fil-A needs to provide lessons
