Apple Annie's Bake Shop

Ordered a custom vanilla cake with cream cheese/strawberries between layers with buttercream icing in a soft muted shade of pink (specifically to match a vintage swan vase) and they nailed it! Centerpiece of my niece’s bridal shower dessert table and every single person (50) said how delicious the cake tasted! Beautiful and tasty is a win win! Thank you!

Took awhile to get waited on and I was the only one in there, girl crammed all my different cookies into one small bag, therefore powdered sugar was all over everything

I stopped by after work, I managed to make it a few minutes before they closed but the employee working was already locking the door as I walked up, she saw me but proceeded to close the door and turn off the open sign! It would not have taken much time for me to grab what I needed and get checked out. To close prior to the shops closing time is honestly unprofessional. This makes me not want to return to this location.

Saturday morning. Went in this store for some breakfast pastries. Not one breakfast pastry in sight. Looks like they are going out of business. Maybe it's a new business but I don't think it is. Seems like they want to take your number and call you when they get stuff in that you want.

The Mayfair location always looks as if they are going out of business. Never enough bread, and the prices have gone out of this world. Do you really need to charge these high prices, must be why nothing is ever priced?

I really enjoy this bakery, it’s very clean and well maintained and the pastries are great. (My favorite are the cannolis). The staff is also amazing, well, the one girl who’s always in there. I believe her name was Lauren or Lauri. She’s very nice, very professional and will go out of her way to make sure you get what you wanted. If she can’t find it out front, she will stop what she’s doing and go look for you. Very good customer service and that’s rare these days when most food service employees look at you like you’re crazy when you expect them to do their job.

Delicious cookies and cakes! I especially like the chocolate covered butter cookies and raspberry filled ones. The lemon cake and bear claws are so delicious too!

baked goods are always delicious. customer service is not good. part of my order was not in the bag. she had boxed them up and forgot about them. i called to confirm i wasn’t charged for them. i was not, however the girl who helped me did not apologize for making that mistake. inconvenience for me as i do not have time to go back and get them. i understand people make mistakes however she did not seem concerned she had made this mistake.

Absolutely love everything we have tried from there. Only bakery we will drive 45 minutes to get to and have never been disappointed.

Quite disappointing, it says a lot to throw away carrot cake and a brownie for dryness and lack of taste.

Went in to check it out because they had cream puffs. I don't know what type of cream filling they used but it wasn't cream it was some thing else that tasted like frosting and was way too sweet. I got some dog treats for my dog and she refused to touch it. When she finally did she was sick for about 2 days after. I had to throw them out. I don't know if they were old or what was going on but disappointed. Whole Foods cream puffs are pretty good and didn't cost as much as this.

Apple Annie's is one of my favorite places to stop for cookies. I love that you can mix and match your own box. I've ordered cakes and they've been delicious.
