The best gluten-free biscuit I have ever had! The entire staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Very careful with cross contamination and eager to accommodate any concerns. I was excited to finally try this place. I ordered a Fat Boy and an iced coffee after much deliberation (the menu has so many options.) The flavor of the chicken and pimento with the hot honey was great, not too spicy and delicious. The component that felt off, surprisingly, was the biscuit itself. It had a texture issue and was unevenly baked, with an overall lack of softness and the edges of the biscuit having a weird chewiness. We came pretty early (before 10am)and it was a full house, but no real lines and food was ready very quickly. Based on the signage at the restaurant it must get busy as the late morning crowds wake up.First visit and wasn't expecting the fast casual style, but really enjoyed.
