Ordered a custom vanilla cake with cream cheese/strawberries between layers with buttercream icing in a soft muted shade of pink (specifically to match a vintage swan vase) and they nailed it! Centerpiece of my niece’s bridal shower dessert table and every single person (50) said how delicious the cake tasted! Beautiful and tasty is a win win! Thank you!
I really enjoy this bakery, it’s very clean and well maintained and the pastries are great. (My favorite are the cannolis). The staff is also amazing, well, the one girl who’s always in there. I believe her name was Lauren or Lauri. She’s very nice, very professional and will go out of her way to make sure you get what you wanted. If she can’t find it out front, she will stop what she’s doing and go look for you. Very good customer service and that’s rare these days...
baked goods are always delicious. customer service is not good. part of my order was not in the bag. she had boxed them up and forgot about them. i called to confirm i wasn’t charged for them. i was not, however the girl who helped me did not apologize for making that mistake. inconvenience for me as i do not have time to go back and get them. i understand people make mistakes however she did not seem concerned she had made this mistake.
