When every other restaurant was backing up their dinner Drive thru lines, this Arby's location was prompt and courteous and efficient. I highly appreciated the awesome customer service here.

Wow, this location is quick. 12:30 pm in the drive through I was gone in 3-4 minutes after I ordered. The Ruben and the new fish sandwich just right for the price.

we walked in to see a line of only 4 people so we decided to wait.. after 15 min without even being told "we will be right with you" we only got dirty looks from behind the counter. I have not gone to Arby's in the last year due to horrible service at the market street location. but today took the cake!!!! 3 people in front of me walked out, the last person in front of me ordered an hour ago via a web order and hers was still not ready... this place needs management in a very bad way!!! get someone there that can lead!!!!!!!
