this is what I call a "Speedy Gonzales" type Mexican restaurant, because they all have a lunch special called that. If you've been to one of these types of places, you know exactly what to expect, and they nailed it here. My only complaint is that the food could have come out a little bit more quickly, but it was worth the wait.
The food at this location is delectable. Recently, we had lunch on a Sunday afternoon. I had the Traditional AL Pastor tacos. The filling was hearty and savory pork. The onion and cilantro were perfect. The corn tortilla, however, wasn't durable. The order comes with three with rice and beans. Two tortillas would have been too thick. However, one was too thin. Picked up take out. Salsa and the queso were a bit on the thin side, even hard to eat with a chip. But service was great and they prepped quickly for a takeout. Worked well as a last minute..bring food to a game night need.
