The food was cold.. even the fries. The guy running the drive thru was extremely rude as he had two full meals too many on the screen and when I tried to explain that we only wanted one of those meals and the two biggie bags..be became even more obnoxious and once we got to the window he proceeded to sling the bags at us along with the drinks. There was only two cars in line and three in the parking lot so he cannot use the excuse of being busy.
Very disappointed. I waited for my order at the window for 20 minutes . Ordered 5 sausage biscuits and 5 egg and sausage biscuits. Got 5 sausage biscuits and 5 just egg biscuits. Called and of course got no call back . They don't answer their phone. Had to add sausage to the eggs biscuits which left just plain biscuits.

For the most part, customer service is on point. This is one of the busiest Wendy’s stores in the Wilmington area. As a worker here for 8 months now, there’s a great sense of teamwork that reverberates throughout the workspace.
