I go to this Dunkin almost everyday (sometimes twice a day) because the staff make my day every time I go! I leave smiling and feeling appreciated and cared for! All the staff make me feel soooo valued, especially Hannah! I love this place and am so grateful for the service and yummy, consistent coffee!

My experience here this morning was awful. First, the place needs so much love done to it. There are tears in the seats, the menu looks like it's 20 years old and the staff are just clueless. There was one guy working that knew what he was doing and the rest just standing around. I came in to order a box of Joe and a dozen bagels for an event. 20 minutes later I received everything. The guy working the counter looked like he just smoked a huge blunt and had no idea where he was. Really bad experience. This is definitely more of a drive through than an eat in place.

A black gentleman with red hair who was the Cashier yesterday started an argument with me and wouldn't say anything when I was ready to order, he was just writing notes down and I got the impression that he was just ignoring me... finally he looked up and still didn't say anything so I said hello? I am ready.... And he said VERY rudely I am waiting on YOU!!! And than that started a tiny argument with him starting it... In a customer service job you should NEVER argue with a customer.... I felt very disrespected and NOT going there again... also the vanilla latte I got was made POORLY.... I was so close to get management involved..

Ok, this location has some bad reviews and I can see why, but, I don't think it's nearly as bad as people say that it is. The bad experiences I've had here *have* been really bad. For instance, the day I arrived to pick up donuts for my class and they were, literally, all out. Or the time that I ordered an iced vanilla latte and they got it wrong - three times. But, even so, the staff here are really nice. They try hard. They fix problems. They give you a free donut when they screw up. And generally I get the sense that they actually care about their job and making good breakfasts for customers. And I think that actually matters and helps overcome some of the obvious incompetence.

I ordered a medium latte and paid for an EXTRA SHOT of espresso. I received a cup of oatmilk. Sent it back and they poured regular coffee into it. Not at all what I ordered but I guess I'll enjoy my $7 oatmilk based watered down coffee.

Ordered a Turkey sausage and cheese on a multigrain bagel and 2 orders of hash browns. The hash browns were on top in the bag so I ate them first. My lips start burning. Look in my mirror to check out my lips and notice a sesame seed in my teeth. Why? When I pulled the sand which out I realized they gave me an everything bagel and the seeds contaminated the entire bag. I have a sesame allergy. Why didn't I disclose this allergy to them when ordering? Because I've never had an issue before. I don't need their gloves changed between them handling sesame seeds and my stuff. I just can't eat sesame seeds or sesame oil. If you're out of something just say that and offer me an alternative or let me know you can't make it.

Consistently bad lattes. Luke warm and bitter. Got an email from store manager saying "sorry you had a problem with our donuts". They couldn't even get the BS response correct.

Service was fairly quick, but probably because they got the order wrong. Bagels were stale and hard to chew. Coffee was not consistent with normal dunkins. Forgot the straw for my iced coffee so we went back in. Lastly, didn't put the hot coffee lid on tight enough so my dad burned himself. Lastly, the awning over the drive through FUNNELS the rain water into your car. I'd go ahead and find a Starbucks.

I go to this location because of its location. Every time I tell myself I'm not going back. This morning I ordered a hot Carmel Latte with an added shot of espresso and a single piece of toast. Wait time was good. Person at the window not so good. Got my things drove off. The toast was a piece of cold bread. Turned around and got that replaced. Drove to my next stop and tasted the coffee. YUCK. warm at best and all milk. TERRIBLE. so I have to return to the store again. How difficult is it to just follow the guidelines for temperatures and provide an amazing experience for once and get the drive through order correct? Uggghhh. And the worst part is they do not care.

Hit or miss. It's either perfect or horrible. The one time they get your drink right is amazing. Other than that it's horrible.

No quanity of any doughnuts..poor customer service.they acted like they didn't care...I will not be stopoing there again...they don't even deserve 1 star......
