My experience here this morning was awful. First, the place needs so much love done to it. There are tears in the seats, the menu looks like it's 20 years old and the staff are just clueless. There was one guy working that knew what he was doing and the rest just standing around. I came in to order a box of Joe and a dozen bagels for an event. 20 minutes later I received everything. A black gentleman with red hair who was the Cashier yesterday started an argument with me and wouldn't say anything when I was ready to order, he was just writing notes down and I got the impression that he was just ignoring me... finally he looked up and still didn't say anything so I said hello? I am ready.... And he said VERY rudely I am waiting on YOU!!! And than that started a tiny argument with him starting it... I go to this Dunkin almost everyday (sometimes twice a day) because the staff make my day every time I go! I leave smiling and feeling appreciated and cared for! All the staff make me feel soooo valued, especially Hannah! I love this place and am so grateful for the service and yummy, consistent coffee!
