Axes & Allies is such a fun place to hangout! There are board games and tabletop sitting as soon as you walk in so you can get a round before you start throwing. The staff are very informative and make sure you have a great time! The drink selection has something for everyone! Have come here with friends and also larger parties! Definitely a great date night spot, family time activity, or team building opportunity!
My coworkers and I went in for a private party and we all walked out saying how much fun we all had!! We spent two hours here throwing a variety of axes and some knives. If you have a private party, you’re able to use the additional axes and knives they have available to you for free. The place is set up really nicely with tons of seating and a beautiful outdoor patio as well. This is definitely something I would do again. Kim and Adam I believe were their names that helped...
My friend is an old hand at axe throwing but besides tossing some in my parents back yard I’d never thrown an axe. Our guide was a young guy with a lot of valuable information to share. He was passionate but not overwhelming and very helpful. We enjoyed the music, the bar was well stocked, and the ambiance was relaxed. I had a great time and hope to visit again the next time I’m in Wilmington.
