This is best Burger King in town. the store was clean, the staff friendly and the food was fresh. The staff was a bit frazzled with having some technical issues with their screens and some rude af people. But they knocked it out. GREAT JOB!!
All I have to say it’s hard to get good customer service anywhere you go now but I can honestly say SAVANNAH’S customer service at the 3rd st Burger King is beyond good….happy to know there’s still some people out here who loves they job and will do anything to make there customers happy

Burger King, known for its Whopper, has received mixed reviews. Some customers have found the food to be fresh and hot, making it one of the best burger restaurants. The drive-thru service can sometimes be slow, but recent improvements have been noted. The restaurant has been remodeled and is now more inviting, with a clean environment and pleasant employees. Customers appreciate the politeness of staff members, especially those at the drive-thru window. While the iced vanilla coffee is highly recommended, some customers wish the lobby was open more often, as it is frequently closed to guests. The drive-thru experience is generally efficient, though sometimes items like napkins and onion ring sauce are forgotten, and staff may seem less engaging at the window. The location is wheelchair accessible, and the staff, including supervisors, handle pressure well. Overall, Burger King is making a comeback, and customers are encouraged to support the restaurant to keep their grills and fryers hot.
