Service was so slow, and the food was cold. And they didn't know how to use the app. But this just may be an app issue because I find it doesn't matter which burger King everyone doesn't know how to use it so you can get your points or discounts

I have visited this location several times because of its convenient location. Generally, it takes forever in the drive thru and the experience is less than desirable but my last visit yesterday was the best experience I've had at this location probably ever. The service was much better than normal, food was good and prices weren't horrible. They've remodeled and it looks a lot better and is more inviting.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

Honestly just disappointing that the drive thru screen has been broken for weeks and I always have to honk to get someone's attention. This is after 2-3 minutes being at the window and saying hello multiple times. Watching multiple people drive away. Stop Playing, put your headsets on and get to work folks, we want our burgers more efficiently ?.

Everytime we try this Burger King we always have to wait 10-20 mins for our food in the drive thru. I’m currently sitting behind 2 cars and wee now going on 45 mins, and you can’t leave the drive thru cause of the barricade. Completely ridiculous, do not go here they don’t care how long you wait.

I came through the drive thru this morning and ordered a large iced vanilla coffee (per usual) and got exactly what I wanted! But the women at window & on headset was very polite and super sweet! She has made my coffee THE ABSOLUTE BEST yet! I’ve been coming by every morning for the past 3 years! This is yet the absolute best service I’ve had thus far! Thank you to the hardworking sweet women this morning! I hope this gets back to your manager! ??

I don't understand what has happened in America that almost no fast food order is correct anymore. We ordered two Classic Chicken sandwiches with cheese. We received, and were charged for, two chewy, old, and very sloppy Crispy Chicken Sandwiches. I called and was going to go back and get the right order, and my change for the difference. Everything was good EXCEPT one thing, I waited for over 20 mins for one meal. This seems to be the trend for "fast food" restaurants in Wilmington. M8ght as well eat at a regular restaurant where the food is better and the price is the same.

Your website said open drive thru till 12:00 midnight, but when I got there 11:37 pm I got we are closed. So change your website to we close at 11:30 pm.I went to Taco Bell and guess what they said close at 12:00 midnight, it was 11:55 pm and they waited on me. You have a sorry staff.

I mean there's not much to say it's Burger King. I really don't like the third stop in drive-throughs lately which is "pull up to the front of the store and wait there".
