I ordered bagels online this morning and clarified in the comments that I wanted no egg due to a severe allergy and my bagel had egg on it. The website is hard to order on. The people working were not friendly and just clearly didn’t try while making the food. You can tell when someone tries and when they don’t, and they clearly weren’t trying, and I don’t appreciate that.

Went to see Ms. Jen & the crew at BB’s today. Changed up my regular order & went with the Western omelet today, it was scrumptious! The food is always good but the service is second to none. Seagate’s finest establish!!

Its been on my list of places to visit for monthes and finally hit it up this morning! Im so glad I checked it out because their bagels were PHENOMENAL! As a fellow vegan, I got their plant based bagel sandwich and it was cooked perfectly! So so good, I actually got one to go because of it! I loved the service, food and vibes. Such a muggy day out, but so charming inside!!

Stayed in Wilmington for the weekend and gave this place a shot.. It was absolutely great! We had breakfast here multiple days in a row. So good!

Do not call in an order here. I normally order online but for some reason today it wasn't working on the payment screen. Got to Beach bagels, food was done but they told me I needed to wait in the 20 ppl deep line to pay. Behind all the orders they hadn't yet taken, while my food got cold. They need a better system. After calling ahead, I waited in line for 20 mins just to pay for my made order. Terrible system.

After visiting many bagel shops all over the world, including in New York City, this is the best bagel shop I’ve ever been to. There is a huge selection of different bagels. Each of the different breakfast bagel sandwiches recipes (The Jose, The beast) are creative and delicious. The staff are nice, friendly and timely. The spot is very popular, so on Saturdays it gets packed out — but service is still great even at peak capacity.

We’ve been ordering from beach bagels for years and year by year they go more and more downhill. From getting grilled cheese sandwiches instead of bagels to not even receiving our order at all with little to no help. Their customer service skills are sub par and only job description is to make bagels which takes upwards of 40 minutes. Beach bagels used to be Ken’s bagels. Please bring back Ken’s bagels.

Horrible service. If you know you are going to have a rush every single weekend then why do you consistently not have enough bagels? We had a door dash order and they gave us half the order and when our dasher tried to get the rest of the order they told us that was all they had but charged us the same price? Been dealing with them for years and we’re done. We could clearly hear the girls on the phone talking about our order saying “I don’t know what to do” when I told them they messed our order up and then did nothing about it to help us.
