After visiting many bagel shops all over the world, including in New York City, this is the best bagel shop I’ve ever been to. There is a huge selection of different bagels. Each of the different breakfast bagel sandwiches recipes (The Jose, The beast) are creative and delicious.
The staff are nice, friendly and timely. The spot is very popular, so on Saturdays it gets packed out — but service is still great even at peak capacity.

We’ve been ordering from beach bagels for years and year by year they go more and more downhill. From getting grilled cheese sandwiches instead of bagels to not even receiving our order at all with little to no help. Their customer service skills are sub par and only job description is to make bagels which takes upwards of 40 minutes. Beach bagels used to be Ken’s bagels. Please bring back Ken’s bagels.

Horrible service. If you know you are going to have a rush every single weekend then why do you consistently not have enough bagels? We had a door dash order and they gave us half the order and when our dasher tried to get the rest of the order they told us that was all they had but charged us the same price? Been dealing with them for years and we’re done. We could clearly hear the girls on the phone talking about our order saying “I don’t know what to do” when I told them they messed our order up and then did nothing about it to help us.

It's amazing to me that this used to be the friendliest BB I ever been to. Now the workers are like devoid of life and courtesy. I've had friendlier welcomes from fast food chains. Not one customer was greeted. They didn't even look up when the door opened. There were 3 sets of customers waiting and 5 staff members milling about. First I walked in and then 3 others. And they want to do buttons for 18% 20% 25%? Yeah that service was worth 2%.

I really want to preface by saying we love Beach Bagels and probably go at least once a week, but oh my goodness I wish we didn’t today. We pull up and it’s pretty vacant in the parking lot and a few people in the store- so we think it’ll be quick. It took like 5 minutes for the woman behind the register to even look at us or take our order. We order 2 bagels- one meat egg and cheese and another with cream cheese- simple enough but we waited for 30 minutes for our food. While waiting, we watched as the line grew out the door and the same girl who had taken our order was outside watering flowers instead of taking the order of the people who have been waiting 5+ minutes at the front of the line. We finally hear our name called and then proceed to watch as someone steals our order and my boyfriend stands waiting to ask anyone working if that was ours while I go outside and luckily grab our food before we may have to wait 30+ more minutes. Like I said, we love Beach Bagels but this experience will probably cause us to take a haitus or try the WB location more often.

I love that they have vegan choices! The Oleander store was open today, on Easter Sunday, until 1PM. This was such a blessing to my family as we had some unexpected vegan guests show up for brunch that I was not prepared for. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much for saving the day!

Very disappointed on my experience I had today we come here every Sunday and have noticed a decline in quality on the food for a while but the experience we had today definitely has made us find a place to take our business elsewhere. We arrived today at 12:40 pm and were unaware that this location closed at 1pm. They did have a small sign on the door but we miss it. As we were ordering I could tell the cashier was a bit upset. They kept rolling their eye at us. We started ordering when a call came in and the other cashier Ashley rudely let the person on the phone know they were going to close at 1 and could order if they would be there before 1 to pick up. I told my husband we should probably take it to go since they were closing soon. While ordering Not once did the cashier register let us know or say the food would be Togo or that they would be closing soon. As we waited for our food the family who had ordered before us received there food from one of the cook and almost walked away but came back to let them know “we are close” as they started to eat and told them they could eat inside as long as they made it fast. What a very rude way of handling things and told top it off. You could hear a female cook on the phone with someone complaining. That cook came back out as she cooking out food kept asking Ashley if she had told us they were close and why she let us order. The family also got upset about the way they were talked too and all could have been avoided if they had people who knew how to work in the food service. And as we’re ordering let us know not assume we read the note on the door that they were closing at 1. I would be ok to saw no problem I’ll take it Togo. Once we got our food we were missing our beagles with our fiesta omelette and it looked like she just scrambled everything and throw it in a box. Instead of being on the phone complaining remember your in the service industry you have a job because of the costumers that come everyday and bring business into the place your employed and if that stops the business would lose money and may no longer have a job. I may not have much effect in taking my business else where but for the owner if you have employees like this represent you it says a lot about you as well and how better not to come to an establishment were it’s ok to treat people this way.

Okay bagel. They offer vegan butter and cream cheese, which is nice, but it’s not the best quality. I placed my order online and they were really great about giving me a call when certain bagel options I chose were not available.
