This has to be the weirdest retail shop i have ever enteted.. I had to negotiate how many bagels I could buy from the lady behind counter..I needed six 🥯 she told me I could just by Two 🥯. I asked her to reconsider and she agree to sell me four 🥯

Okay bagel. They offer vegan butter and cream cheese, which is nice, but it’s not the best quality. I placed my order online and they were really great about giving me a call when certain bagel options I chose were not available.

Today is October 16 and I placed it to go order for two bagel sandwiches when I had arrived I realized I forgot my wallet. Kindly told them that I would be back once I found my wallet. I even called to tell them I found my wallet and then I would be back to pick up my bagel sandwiches, each time each time, the young girl was rude on the phone and then she was rude in person. No customer service made me feel like I never wanna go back to bagels.

Order 3 bagels, 2 bacon & extra cheese and 1 sausage egg and cheese. The bacon was never even cooked. I had extra toppings I didn't order on my bagels.... Cream cheese on the edge of it, onions inside... My girlfriend had the longest black hair in her bagel I've ever seen. Will never get my business again maybe clean up every now and again

A bit pricey for bagel sandwich, but excellent beach location .
This location has shown themselves to be completely incompetent. It’s honestly funny like I feel like someone is pranking me. I ordered last week and got the BEAST there was no bacon on it ? So I call they say come in in the next 2 days I’ll get you a new one. Well it’s been a week so I go to order again and don’t say anything about the free one but just overly explain that I want the bacon and I want the egg over median and pay $30 again for my three bagels. Guess what ? AGAIN NO BACON - I literally explained my bagel for 5 minutes this is sad honestly.

No wi-fi is a total a turn off. The bagel was just ok, bland at best. The espresso shot was weak. Radio and ads way too loud. Sorry but just doesn’t hold a flame to the other bagel shops locally.
