With choices all up and down the road, some costing me less money, surely they can do better. It's always this location for some reason. The cashier was hella rude and treated me as if I'm supposed to know the menu better than her (I can say it's literally been years since I've been there). I was shorted on my change (other businesses playing the "penny shortage" game are giving me back more than what is owed, not less). No napkins and no hot sauce. Placed an online order at 7:45pm and they didn't start making it until I got there at 8pm. After waiting 15 minutes and watching 3 others order and leave, I go to the counter and check on the order to find the children running the store in the back where the food is, standing there hitting their vapes and THC pens. Absolutely DISGUSTING! After I left, the children were happy and all crowded to the corner table in the lobby where they chatted and vaped some more.
This OBJECT & SUBSTANCE was in the large sweet tea that my two year old and I shared! This is utterly disgusting. I feel horrible and grossed out. The health department will pay them a visit. I am livid! No one had answers as to what this maybe or why it was in my tea. I was handed a receipt and told to go to www.Bojangles.com to speak with someone. NASTY NASTY NASTY!! Unsanitary facility!!
