Who ever is responsible for Arial management needs to do better with this location. These employees don't want to work and have nasty attitudes. Why spend my money to get a unpleasant meal? This place is for the less fortunate that knows no better.

Finally had to go inside to pick up my curbside order, and thought that I had checked that everything was there. Ordered two boberrys and of course I only received one, but I took a good, close look at the tray. Did one of y'all help themselves? Cause it sure looks like it. Already knew that this location is pretty hit and miss at best, but this is a new low.

I don’t know why I even bother with this bojangles ugh, it’s always slow, the staff is always in a bad mood and the food is 9/10 never fresh.

Waited at the counter to order for 20 minutes while staff was standing around talking and making multiple trips to get themselves drinks. Finally placed my order, stood there waiting for another 30 minutes, staff asked me what I was waiting on and I told them. They went back to all standing around talking and not getting orders out. I had to tell staff 4 times what I was waiting on. No one knew what was going on, staff walking around not doing anything and staff in plain clothes and bed slippers walking in and out of behind the counter. No one knew what they were doing and they clearly didn’t care how long it took for you to get your order. Don’t waste your time here when trying to get lunch while at work.
Nothing like 14 year olds standing around while a 69 year old widow does all the work. I guess high school kids save Bojangles money in the long run. $7 an hour is a lot of money to a teenager. Me spending $48 on food most likely paid them all for the evening. Its great that all the employees can at least keep up with watching their cellphones rather than making my $48 order

The staff here are always so pleasant and the food is hot and fresh. The new creamy buffalo sauce is perfect. Dot is extremely friendly and always a pleasure to talk to. There was a young man working this evening that was also extremely pleasant. He was very polite and was clean and neat in his attire. Shirt tucked in, and wearing his hat. You can tell Dot and the young man take pride in their job and appearance.
