The staff here are always so pleasant and the food is hot and fresh. The new creamy buffalo sauce is perfect. Dot is extremely friendly and always a pleasure to talk to. There was a young man working this evening that was also extremely pleasant. He was very polite and was clean and neat in his attire. Shirt tucked in, and wearing his hat. You can tell Dot and the young man take pride in their job and appearance.
Last time I came to town they were AMAZING, this time food I ordered inside was cold...I wonder if the drive through is better?And the front person was just ...distracted...disinterested?Posted for owner.

Nothing like 14 year olds standing around while a 69 year old widow does all the work. I guess high school kids save Bojangles money in the long run. $7 an hour is a lot of money to a teenager. Me spending $48 on food most likely paid them all for the evening. Its great that all the employees can at least keep up with watching their cellphones rather than making my $48 order
