The food was good. The customer service needs some more training. The kitchen doesn't look to clean through the drive thru window. Returned to Bojangles 03/07/25. The food was good. The manager was very friendly. The guy at the window was obviously new but he was rude and definitely not being trained correctly. They were also out of large cups and regular chicken sandwiches. The kitchen still didn't look very clean.

Drive thru. The macaroni and cheese was so old that the top literally shattered when we tried to take it off we ended up throwing it away because it was full of plastic, the only decent thing was the Bo Bites things that we got ..everything else was disgusting. I will never go back to that place again!!!

Memories of Bojangles Chicken still rings true. It has been years since I ate this chicken and biscuits. I ordered the spicy and non spicy wings. I prefer the spicy. The biscuit was delicious, too. I was so happy to see Bojangles hasn't changed their recipe much, if at all. I look forward to ordering more chicken on my next visit to Wilmington.
