The food was good. The customer service needs some more training. The kitchen doesn't look to clean through the drive thru window. Returned to Bojangles 03/07/25. The food was good. The manager was very friendly. The guy at the window was obviously new but he was rude and definitely not being trained correctly. They were also out of large cups and regular chicken sandwiches. The kitchen still didn't look very clean.

Drive thru. The macaroni and cheese was so old that the top literally shattered when we tried to take it off we ended up throwing it away because it was full of plastic, the only decent thing was the Bo Bites things that we got ..everything else was disgusting. I will never go back to that place again!!!

Nothing like 14 year olds standing around while a 69 year old widow does all the work. I guess high school kids save Bojangles money in the long run. $7 an hour is a lot of money to a teenager. Me spending $48 on food most likely paid them all for the evening. Its great that all the employees can at least keep up with watching their cellphones rather than making my $48 order
