This seems to be an epidemic in Wilmington, but this place is not worth your time. I have never been somewhere that allowed customers to sit for 25 minutes without as much as a hello. It’s prime time Saturday, the building is half full, and the manager won’t acknowledge you. Just skip this place.
Four of us had items missing from our menu order items : I didn’t have any goat cheese on my apple/walnut/goat cheese salad, 2 were missing arugula from their pizza combinations, and the last had no cilantro on her pizza. When this was pointed out to the waitress she seemed reluctant do anything about it (I suggested she let the kitchen manager know that incomplete menu items were leaving the kitchen). Hard no for me. Ordered a salad to go. Substituted goat cheese and there was none. Although the manager, I spoke to told me three times that I did not order goat cheese, but I had a receipt to prove that I did. it was literally a arugula and 4 pear slices, and nothing else had to drive all the way back up there to show them the container of arugula. And was denied a refund. Poor service all the way around
