Burrito Shak

Just ordered a burrito online. Ordered an S turn with chicken which did not have any chicken in it. Worst burrito I have ever had, it was just old hard rice and beans. Chips were extremely stale. Will not be returning to this location.

Update to this review: Was contacted by the owner who was extremely kind and helped make things right. I would give this location a try again in the future.

I ordered it through doordash, and I think it would’ve been great if they would’ve taken the time to read the ticket and make it correctly. The ticket that was on the bag, was correct but the bowl was completely wrong. I asked for no cheese, and cheese was added. I asked for two sauces (that I paid extra for) and they weren’t added as well as the lettuce. One mishap isn’t a big deal, but 4 is kind of ridiculous and just a total lack of care, especially when I’m paying extra for things like sauce. The chips were pretty good.

Food was very good and fresh. Service was very quick with very efficient friendly workers. Way better than chipotle. Wish we had these in Pennsylvania. Would definitely eat here again.
