I just love this crew over in the Monkey Junction area in Wilmington, NC! I've been a customer since they opened in this location years ago. The food choices are healthy, delicious, and always fresh! Keep up the great work and share my praise for the team.

This place has gone totally down hill, off the cliff. It used to be good and very convenient. Now, the portions are ridiculous, the order comes our wrong, and one if our orders had literally 10 chips in the bag. The other order was missing the protein altogether. We used to go fairly often, but tonight was the last time. Oh, I tried the online chat help, got no response. This was a pickup order, maybe if you eat in you can do better.

Follow up: We received a call from the owner later that night. He apologized, gave us a refund, and explained that they are dealing with lots of staff turnover and training. Not too often businesses respond with help. We will be back to try again and hope for the best.

Mahi tacos and chicken quesadillas were good . Ice tea tastes a little funky but drinkable. Staff members need a little more training on menu items but were polite.

Recommended dishes: The S-Turn

For a restaurant that has a 4.5, I'm even more disappoint with my experience tonight. Food is always good. I had to wait another 23 minutes on a pick up mobile order. I watched as other customers who came in and other mobile orders get their food before me. I get home and only HALF my order is there. I had to drive back to get the rest of my food. My point is you had 4 people working tonight. Someone could have checked my order. I didn't complain on the wait or not getting my drink or tipping the 10% percent. All I got was a sorry and its been a rough day. I expect more with this rating. And you as a restaurant should too.

My husband and I absolutely love this place. The food is so fresh and very good. Though we want to try other items, we both love the Rincon so much that we cannot even entertain another entree.

The first time I had the Ricon, I asked for carne asada, but they gave me ground beef. That was not an issue, as the ground beef was excellent. Fast forward to this past weekend, I did receive the Ricon with carne asada and was a bit surprised at how much gristle it had. I ended up removing the carne asada and just enjoyed the remainder of the burrito as normal.

Long story short, this was not a deal breaker, as I now know to order the ground beef or just no protein moving forward.

I also must give a shout out to the queso, which is delicious. Additionally, the salsa is amazing.

Again, the Burrito Shak is an excellent option for those who enjoy fresh Mexican-inspired meals. As locals who very close to the restaurant itself, we will continue to frequent it over and over again.

Pretty disappointed with my food. I ordered nachos and traditional nachos comes with queso. I had to pay extra to have queso added, and there’s literally just a squirt of it. The nachos are very dry and do not have any flavor. It just takes like I’m having chips, not impressed. If you’re craving nachos, save yourself some trouble and make them at home.

I love this place and I got probably about once a week, here in the past few times i’ve been the steak has been like really soggy and like there’s been excess liquid coming from it. It makes the bowl really juicy and kinda turns it soupy. Please fix the steak :(

If you have celiac or a gluten allergy do not eat here. I have been told multiple times over the phone while ordering takeout that the chicken and tofu are both gluten free (after going in to dine in bit long ago I saw a sign showing what is gluten free and not gluten free and realized I was lied to by many of the staff every time I called in) …Always wondered why I had stomach pains after eating here each time. I have Chrons disease and am on a gluten free diet per my dr (no allergies) but I can only imagine the the more severe risk for people with a gluten allergy who eat here..
