This place has gone totally down hill, off the cliff. It used to be good and very convenient. Now, the portions are ridiculous, the order comes our wrong, and one if our orders had literally 10 chips in the bag. The other order was missing the protein altogether. We used to go fairly often, but tonight was the last time. Oh, I tried the online chat help, got no response. This was a pickup order, maybe if you eat in you can do better.

Absolutely love Burrito Shak! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served fast. Their burritos are loaded and the ingredients taste super fresh. Staff is friendly and the place is always clean.
