It was okay. Both cups of water had things floating in them. They half way refilled cups with tea. The hushpuppies were great!

First time visit. Was impressed to say the least. The friends that I was with are regulars there. I ordered the seafood platter. First time in my life I have ever left seafood on the plate. And I ate very little of the slaw, however it was very good. Didn't eat any of the French fries. There was so much seafood on the plate, I literally could not eat at all. Most places have four oysters on the plate, I believe mine had seven. All fried very crispy and the food was hot when it came to the table. The breading on the seafood was excellent and they even gave me the dark side of the flounder. By the way in case you don't know, the dark side is the best side. There were six of us and we split an order of clam strips, calamari, and crab dip among us. All three of those were delicious too.

I saw many reviews of this place and I thought my family and I would give it a try. I was very disappointed. Despite of waiting and many waiters walking pass us without saying a word, our fish was mushy, the fries was undercooked and the hush puppies was dry. The season was ok but it wasn’t what I expected. The place was clean and has a lot of seating but we won’t be returning.

Our experience didn't start off well but Justin the manager made it more than right. He was open to our concerns and agreed that some of the issues were things they need to get better at. The food was great after that and our server was very good. Will go back.

Market fresh swordfish very tender and the fried Risotto cakes were delicious topped with lump crab sauce (not worth the extra $5 very stinky almost rotten smell but the taste surprising good) nice place. Would come back to try something else.

Apart from a crazy woman who did not know how to behave in a restaurant screaming at her children and her husband. It was a great experience and the food was fantastic and the portions were more than

Both my husband and I's fish was way undercooked sadly. Chef came out and apologized and "recooked to correct temperature" but we both could not eat it after this. Gave us half off one of our meals but felt like it should've been taken off..

We almost didn't go in to eat after seeing this unassuming location in what looks like your typical Strip Mall. However it was lunch and we heard good things so we figured we would give it a try. I am so grateful we did as this was one of our highlights of our weekend in Wilmington.Kevin was our server and from the minute he came to our table we were charmed and wowed by his very personable customer service. He was extremely patient with all our questions and knowledgeable of the menu and options. The timing was perfect as we didn't wait long, but never felt rushed. The prices are reasonable for seafood, and everything we ordered was delicious. My Husband had "The Whole Boat" which was all fried. It was cooked well, and none of it was burnt. We were impressed with the fish to breading ratio as well. I had the broiled Seafood plate. I originally wanted to sub the Pilaf for Crispy Risotto cakes, but when I told him I had a severe nut allergy he not only noted it, but went back to discuss in the kitchen. The manager came out due to this and realized I couldn't have anything fried due to pecans also being fried in the same oil. At first I was disappointed but instead of the Risotto cakes I ended up getting the Roasted Potatoes which were absolutely fabulous. they were cooked perfect with a wonderful fresh rosemary flavor. The wine list was extensive and varied. I was able to try a Spanish White which lead to a fun and interesting discussion regarding our upcoming trip to Spain. Kevin even went to ask the Bar Tender for information regarding the history behind the naming of a cocktail just to feed our curiosity. He ended the meal by recommending other places we should visit while in town.I highly recommend this place during your time in Wilmington. We definitely plan to return on our next trip!Dietary restrictions: Very Allergy friendly. Made every effort to get me something safe to eat due to my nut allergy. Accommodated every needed substitution.
