Understand a “fry machine” being down but do not understand being told I have to pay extra for a premium side because the fry machine is down. You should at least offer the fruit cup or something at the same price…..
Kristan at this Chick-fil-A helped me this morning, and while I have met a lot of friendly employees all over, she stood out above all the others in her friendly vibes and customer service. Kudos to her!
This has to be one of the nicest staffed places in Wilmington. To the amazing lady who was out front with the gorgeous hair, thank you for remembering me. To the gentleman at the other window, you always are so kind and give fist bumps. Thank you both for being amazing and so kind and loving to everyone. It truly makes the world a better place.
