Pleasantly Surprised
I believe the owner or someone like that was in the night we visited. Older woman with Hair down in kitchen, nagging employees over small things, walking around with the need for self importance. All while the lobby is a mess and the closers are doing their best to get it done.

Hellen was so nice,I went to time and I got surprise she remember my name and the food was so good. if I’m going back to Wilmington NC,I’m definitely gonna visit this Panera bread.
