Not a fan of the new remodel. They made the parking lot smaller, and the inside is also tiny. They have an outdoor area next to the drive thru so people get to eat outside while breathing exhaust from two lanes of idling cars. The cash registers look beautiful with the industrial shelves and card board boxes behind them. This Chick-fil-A should have gone with drive thru only because the inside is not living up to the name.
This one in Wilmington stays extra busy but it's always a smooth transaction. I normally do the mobile order and haven't had any issues with it yet. All items are always in the bag
Food and wait was usual Chick-fil-A. The best part is that they have a play area for the kids! Great place for errands, food and play to get the wiggles out.
