Went to the monkey junction location this morning for breakfast like I do about three times a week paid for my order in the drive-through line when we got to where the lines merge a mobile order driver had just went in front of me. Another mobile driver tried to go in front of me as well, which I did not let her, she proceeded to flip me off in the line. Went to confront her about it when the manager dropped her food off at her window at the car Megan proceeded to defend her and tell me that the mobile order line has precedents in the order, which means the drive-through line sits still into all the mobile line people go through Common sense would tell you drive-through one mobile order one drive-through one mobile order. But have your horn honked at you and flipped off first thing in the morning and Megan defends her blows me away and still very upset about it so be careful to follow the rules are you will be in trouble like I was

My first experience at this Chick-fil-A… and frankly, might be my last. The girl I received my items from was extremely rude with her attitude. And then when we asked for forks for our meals the 2 employees proceeded to have a conversation in front of me about how they had forks in the back and then told me and my friends no. And then when my other friends went to ask for forks, they were still “out of forks”. Ridiculous. Thanks a lot Chick-fil-A. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Does the job. Was a bit confused because all the attendants were just standing around looking bored. Turns out you have to order via Grubhub on these kiosks. They won’t take your order at the counter, ugh.

Apparently the workers don't know how to read because they screw up the most basic orders. How hard is it to put the right cheese on 2 sandwiches. If the cheese was free, I wouldn't complain, but when you have to pay for it and they give you the wrong stuff, it gets annoying. This happens repeatedly. Chick-fil-a needs to remove their access to the name because they aren't doing the company any favors.
My roommate and I had the best chick fil a experience last night thanks to the workers and customer service at UNCW Chick fil a! thank you Latonya, Quonna, Shay, and everyone else who closed saturday night!
