Love Chick-fil-A.

"Don't talk to me about their politics" I say as I think about their wonderfully simple yet incredibly delicious chicken in all its various forms. I mean they have grilled chicken sure and its good. But can we get back to the reason we are here?

Chick-fil-A did what should be impossible. They present the chicken sandwich in such gloriously simple fashion that it really makes no sense to the mouth. Chicken, pickles, and a bun. Yes, you can literally eat it just like that. Waffle fries? Yes please. Sweet Tea? You had me at the sound of a moo, or a chicken or whatever animal comes to mind when looking at the tiny stuffed cow bearing their slogan which resides prominently displayed on my kitchen counter.

I don't eat Chick-fil-A often, but whether I am needing food or a milkshake they always are in the running for a stopover and that is nothing but a compliment to the brilliance of achievement in terms of fried "chicken-gineering." You may steal that catchphrase as I made it just for you Chick-fil-A.

I got my food delivered for the first time today for my toddler, baby, and I. There was a hair in my food and the gluten free bun was hard as a rock. Never again. 🤢🤮 I feel sick to my stomach knowing I ate food by the hair!!!!!

I ordered $20 worth of food got a 4 CT chicken mini meal, got to work across the street (literally) and opened the box to 4 bread pieces NO CHICKEN. called asked to speak to Ms Mary who is always a pleasure to see, I was told she was off, asked if Yvette (driver friend) could bring it over. NO. I could place a delivery order and they could bring it across the street. I had already paid and did not want to pay again. Manager on duty was so rude and unhelpful. Got in my car, it took 2 min to get across the street walked up to counter told manager that since she didn't help me I was helping myself. She handed me a fresh bag and I turned to leave. She yelled out "Mary wouldn't have been able to help you either, she's not a manager" I replied, but at least she's nice and would have tried to help. The manager on duty Monday am was not interested in my happiness and it definitely wasn't her pleasure to help. I am a very loyal customer and I do not expect your employees to be so rude and off putting.

Me and my boyfriend ordered 2 large #1 orders, both with Chick-fil-A and Polynesian sauce, with two large Dr Peppers, yesterday night. When we got the order we had no sauce, no napkins, no straws, and most of all one of the sandwiches had a long thick blonde piece of hair inside of it. It was really unfortunate because we go to this specific location a lot, so we called them, and they gave us a ā€œcares orderā€ to make up for the sandwich with hair. (If you haven’t had a ā€œcares orderā€ before it’s basically a refunded food/drink item, that is only good for two weeks, and will always come in a separate bag then the order you place) Anyways today we wanted chick-fil-a, and we specifically ordered the ā€œcares orderā€ and a large #1 with drinks and sauce, we decided to not check our bag because the employee specifically told us the ā€œcares orderā€ was in the bag. What do you know we get home and there isn’t a second sandwich, to say the least we were angry, so we called them once again, just to be yelled at on the phone by some employee, who then blamed us for not understanding how the ā€œcares orderā€ works. To say this specific location is rude, and incompetent is a MASSIVE understatement, and we will not be going back, good luck soldiers.

Never been more disappointed in a fast food ever, Especially not at chick fil a. I came in after a long day at work waited got my food pretty quick, was waiting on a drink but some worker nammed Lillian would rather ignore me, stare me dead in my eyes and then get back to chit chatting with other coworkers. I was already ticked off but that was just insanely insulting and rude. If I could this 0 stars I would. Can’t believe people don’t have basic work ethic nowadays Lillian I hope you get fired.

I have always gone there with my son. IT is Valentines treat for my son. He always gets the 12 piece meal
I got the club chkn sandwich subbing macn chz for the fries. $1.70 on the sign for up charges My bill was almost $27 for 2 meals and the Mac n chz was half full

This is a silly bad review, however the past 3 visits while waiting at the stop sign for the drive thru to open up I’ve had cars drive through the exit lane for the drive thru and use it to cut me in line. This is extremely infuriating especially when I can see the restaurant is busy. Can y’all put blocking cones for the drive thru exit line to prevent this? Or can you leave us bags of tomatoes we can throw at the inconsiderate douchbags that think they’re more important than the rest of us waiting in line?

Not going to this location anymore. Once went in there and the worker was perving on my children; I told the manager and she blew me off. Family friendly my ass. This week we went and no toys/treats in the kids meals and we each opened our bags and laughed that we each got three fries. Done with this location.

I’m sorry, but being able to do basic math should be a necessity to run a cash register. 20.30 -13.24 equals 7.06… sorry that this is so difficult that your cashier needed to be rude when I told her I had the change, and tell me ā€œI can’t do math like that.ā€

I’ve been eating here for three years. I’ve also worked most of my life in retail. I’ve never had a cashier flat out tell me with an attitude that she ā€œcan’t do math like that.ā€

How is this a Chick-fil-A, obviously sometimes they hit the mark but more and more the service is worse than shipyard wendys. Thank you to the older ladies holding this place together but some of your team just couldn't care less.
