I absolutely love Chicken Salad Chick in Wilmington. The people in this location are amazingly helpful and friendly. I love the seasonal selections that they have such as the current one that is like a combination of jalepeno holy and the cranberry one. It is in the list of go to places for our family.

To preface things I must say that I consider myself a chicken salad snob. I have heard of Chicken Salad Chick in the past, but finally decided to try it. Their chicken salad is out of this world good...like the absolute best I have ever had in my life. There are many types you can choose from, but something always brings me back to Classic Carol. I literally eat it with just a fork, as nothing else is needed. It is perfection.
