Despite my age, I possess excellent cooking and cleaning skills, and no other restaurant has complained about my performance. Regrettably, the assistant manager's authoritarian demeanor and corporate behavior were detrimental. If you plan to dine here, avoid visiting between 3 pm and 5 pm and 9 pm and 11 pm, as these periods are notably understaffed, resulting in food being left out and becoming unappetizing!

I know I didn't come in for pick up until almost close (9:20pm) but the chips were cold, and the crunch was stale. As for the app... just be aware that if you are ordering for more than one person they break down the charge per person which is kinda cool for the sake of others paying their fair share, but I wasn't familiar and it was confusing at first. I was greeted promptly and with attentitivness. The store was clean and well lit. The food delicious - I had a burrito and tacos. The spicy red salsa was more like chili paste, so I'd recommend either the chunky or green one. The parking lot was kinda tiny, no room for error.

I have not been to one of these in over a decade... Staff was nice, no complaints there. But the food. Ugh. Weird seasonings, salty salty everything. Hardly and toppings to choose from (weren't there more back in the day?) Never again. Burrito Shak is coming to Porter's Neck, folks :)

We were so excited for this location to open. After numerous attempts to eat here with them being out of most options or the options being old and very unappealing, & voicing the concerns multiple times, this review is my last step to warn others of the poor quality food and service. Inflation is hitting everyone. When a meal costs the price chipotle charges, it is expected to be slightly higher than McDonald’s with slightly better service. Sadly I have yet to be able to say it is possible from this location.

Basically, we placed an order for pick up and showed up on time. The employees told us they wouldn't give us our order without a screenshot of our order confirmation. We are experiencing phone issues so we had to drive all the way home to get the screenshot. Now we drive back to the restaurant, and the rude cashier tells us our screenshot is not good enough and that we needed ANOTHER screenshot that included our account name. So we go back home AGAIN!! and finally get our food after wasting our time, gas, and money to eat cold food, which the employee refused to remake because it was "our fault" this is so beyond unacceptable its just disgusting
