I have always been impressed with their food However, the last couple times I’ve gone into the store whether it be as a customer or Doordash the counter, staff seems to have some pretty nasty attitudes. Y’all as a whole don’t want to do Doordash then remove yourself from the option there is no reason to ignore the DoorDash delivery drivers. Have them wait 10 minutes while you ignore them and then let them know. It’s gonna be another 15 minutes for their order to be ready....

I purchased a five dollar meal special. The chicken breast and biscuit were perfect. The up charge for that little bit of spicy rice concoction was definitely not worth it. The service was great. The rice brought it down to a 4 star rating.

Church's Texas Chicken in Wilmington, NC, is hands-down my favorite spot for fried chicken! The chicken and tenders are always perfectly crispy and juicy, and the jalapeno cheese bombers are seriously bussin! Their mac and cheese hits the spot, and those biscuits? Easily the best I’ve ever had – buttery, soft, and just the right amount of sweetness. The staff here is always super friendly, making every visit a great experience.
