They've continuously given me VANILLA SHAKES, when I specifically REITERATED A FLAVOR... They've continuously screwed up my burger toppings... WITH EVWN SIEVING THEM & THE ONION RINGS RAW... and you just can't get these airheads to ever get an order CORRECT❗️❗️❗️👿 My ketchup, by the way, was a SQUIRT ON THE INSIDE OF MY ALUMINUM FOIL.... I always see this place and make a joke about how it's right next to the other one. I'm sure there's a story behind it. Maybe two different managers competing for the best restaurant.
I'll tell you what they're always busy but they're mining a way. When I ordered my food there was about four cars in front of me, but I still got my food pretty quick. As always it was delicious and accurate. Those Cajun fries here have seasoning for sure!

Ordered one milkshake got to window to pay and employee is on there cell phone took 10 minutes to get my milkshake. I didn't know cookout paid employees to talk on the cell phone. Employee should be terminated immediately

My wife and I really enjoyed the food at this cookout. But as always it's almost impossible to see the menu from the passenger side of the vehicle. And we wanted to eat in the parking lot and the parking lot is just not set up for parking so the food was great but the atmosphere I give four stars

Best Cookout in Wilmington! They always handle the busy late night college crowd quickly with friendly service. Trays are the best deal anywhere and the milkshakes are always on point, especially the banana pudding shake. Been coming here for years it’s always a fave
