Wonderful food. Pho very fresh, banh mi soft yet crunchy, delicious!!! Whole in the wall.Wheelchair accessibility: I would say it's not wheelchair accessible. I don't remember seeing a ramp for the sidewalk and the tables and chairs and hallways are very narrow. I did not use the facilities though so no feedback there.

I have nothing but positivity towards Pho Basil. I come with work at least once a month, and it’s a great experience every time. Obviously the pho is the star, but if you aren’t feeling soup the grilled meat platter is so good and so filling (just beware it’s one of the most expensive menu items). This is one of the best pho stops! Rare beef pho is *chefs kiss*The broth has a signature taste that I just cannot get enough of. I start craving it every week. Every time I travel, I stop at a pho restaurant and Pho Basil is by far one of the best ones. Pho cafe on market street broth is much more bland than basil. The employees are always lovely. They are busy at lunch and dinner time and you may have to wait for a table but that’s because the pho is just sooo good.
