After we were seated, we waited close to 10 minutes before anyone came to our table. Once we did get service, it was never from the same person or timely. We consistently saw our server at other tables, which he prioritized over ours. Our drinks were consistently empty. I had to go to the bar to get our check, which finally prompted our server to ask me if everything was okay. We would have stayed longer and had more drinks, but we didn't feel like valued customers. We don't get out much in the area, so we were disappointed in our choice for dinner. We were never apologized to for the poor service, which was evident even to the employees. The food was excellent, but the service was terrible.

OMG - love, love, love this place. Already a fan of Tower 7. Josh Vach was a Santa Cruz surfer who recently passed yet a local long-time NC resident - RIP and prayers to family! We are so appreciative and grateful for his passion for CA/Baja/NC flavors. I hope that the family continues onward with his success.... we are native CAs who are now NC transplants. We sensed his employees also feel the sadness of his passing.... Keep it all going folks! Amazing food and service! Thank you, Josh - may God bring you into his world full of love, life and a world of surfing....he created this world so I'm guessing he has a surfboard too!

Waited for 25 minutes in the front lobby to never be seated, had an employee walk right past us and obviously never acknowledged our presence, we were the only customers waiting while there were a handful of people already being waited on at their tables. Opened the door to ring the bell 7 times to never have anyone come and serve us. Was excited for the food after seeing the menu but none of that matters if you can't even sit down to eat. Super disappointed.
