The Cryptid Den, 225 S. Water St. is located in Chandler's Wharf in downtown Wilmington. Nice atmosphere, attentive staff and live music on the weekends. Last night music was by John Hussmann. You can order food from the Rooster & Crow, and it will be served to you in the lounge.
We walked upon this lovely place on a Sunday afternoon b/c of beautiful voices coming from the outside beer garden! Kids were playing and adults were enjoying beverages! Great bartender. we saw dogs having a good time too. lotsa shade too for when it is hot!
Had so much fun here! Love talking to the bartender about Cryptids. The drinks were perfectly named and made. Can’t wait to see what drinks they come up with next, will definitely be back.
