The first time I came to your Dairy Queen I ordered the hot fudge sundae with whip cream on top. An older lady made it and it was delicious and beautiful like the ones in the pictures above. It was definitely worth the money I paid for it! last week I returned, expecting to get the same Sunday that I received the week before, but what I received was not the same at all. The whip cream on top of the ice cream Sunday was no higher than the rim on the plastic cup!!! NO KIDDING!!...
I had a craving for some soft serve ice cream and stopped in. I got a chocolate dipped swirl and it hit the spot! The young ladies that took the order were friendly and I hardly waited at all before I got my cone.
Customer service is hit or miss depending on the day you go and who is working. I wish Dairy Queen would offer dairy free options other than the To-Go dairy free dilly bars. The lack of DF options is why we usually go to other ice cream places in town now.
