I've tried to order from this store four times in the past three months. It always says that ordering online is unavailable. I can't call the store or corporate to place an order with my points as they can't redeem my free pizza, it has to be done online. I used to only use dominos but now I am moving to Papa Johns as they at least deliver and honor their rewards.

I was just helped by a young man named CJ I believe. He was extremely kind and patient even when my gift card wasn’t working properly although when he struggled to get the register open, I believe the manager spoke to him in a quite condescending tone, and I didn’t appreciate it this young man was patient even when being talked down to, if the man that was speaking to him is the manager I think you guys need to switch their roles! I’ve worked in management for over 10 years and it’s hard for me to stand by while someone is being spoken to in such a tone. Hats off to CJ for handling it so well!!* nothing rude was said it was just the way he was speaking to him that rubbed me wrong.*

Love Domino's Pizza, we like to order usually on Friday nights. My kids love pepperoni pizza. There's a delivery guy I think his name is Bruce, he is very polite, attentive and funny.

Pizza was horrible and dry and uncut right when I got it didn’t even have the garlic on the pizza they put look at the crust how hard and dry and burnt it is , not eatable was so cold nobody wants to eat a old and a pizza that is not made correctly truly upset because this is not the first time it has happened literally gave it to my dogs to eat , do better …

General Manager was very polite and cordial .... I just paid over the phone and never got my stuff .... Nor, will they refund you ... YOU have to call a 1-800 number not my style of business ... But was treated very kindly and professionally for being upset .

The manager Graham tried to tell me our delivery order wasn’t burned. ? He eventually agreed to remake my burned food and send it bk out for delivery. Once he arrived he again tried to tell me the first order wasn’t burned ? You can definitely see in this photo the one order was in fact burned ??♀️ We’ll be or something from Pizza Hutt from now one even though we’ll have to drive to Oleander for CarryOut ??♀️

Store #4485 The Assistant Manager manager at this location was extremely rude and condescending. I did not get his name, but he was it late 20s heavyset man. He quoted the health department and one would think he would have a 100 % rating if that what his response on a question. He never asked me for my rewards number but instead entered his own number to add to his personal account. If I had realized that prior to getting home and looking at the receipt, I would not have taken my order home . Not all Dominoes are the same...he definitely proved that with his attitude, demeanor and lack of customer service. I had another customer approach me out in the parking lot and asked me how I kept my cool under the circumstances . I will never order from that store again. Be aware of staff using their own reward number...
Spend a couple bucks more at virtually any other pizza place and be happy. "Thin and crispy" was wet and soggy. Only reason for 2 stars was the Cheesy Bread was actually good, even though I ordered Parmesan Bread Bites.

Bodi is a delivery driver here and if you ever get him watchout. He had attitude and watch him throw my recipe i didnt want right on my ground outside my house. He doesnt need a job anywhere with that attitude.

I had to stay up cleaning up my husband vomit off the floor and my 10 month old vomit off the floor. They had gotten food poisoning and so i blame on the one that was cooking the pizza because we should never had an issue.
