Kicked out as soon as I walked in, maybe don’t bother having a lobby if you are gonna (not even politely) kick people out at prime coffee hours. Manager must have no enjoyment in life.

Went to get a coffee and some breakfast before I went into work and I don’t normally go to this dunkin but its the closest to my work. Pulled up to the speaker and sat there for about 10 minutes and no one was there. There were cars behind me so i decided to drive up to the window and there was no one there, lights were off and it was dark. Drove around to the front and same thing. I assumed they were closed but there were no signs or anything saying they were closed and online said they were open. Very disappointed.
I had a great experience at Dunkin' thanks to the manager, Anna. She was incredibly sweet and patient with me while I placed my order, making sure everything was just right. Her customer service skills were top-notch, and even though I had a few questions, she handled them with a smile. On top of that, my order was prepared quickly and perfectly. I really appreciate the excellent service, and I’ll definitely be back! Thanks, Anna!

This location has THE WORST sevice Ive ever come across. Someone plz retrain this team on their customer service skills. I work very local to the area and will often get a coffee on my lunch break, but I would much rather go up market Street to the location on Hays Ln…….
So slow. I sat in line for 10 minutes not moving

Made a mobile order. Went in to pick up. Employees never asked if they could help us. Waited 20 minutes before our order came out. When it did, everything was wrong, and the cups were FILTHY. threw the whole order away. Contacted the manager. Sent pictures. Wouldn’t refund the amount to my Dunkin card unless we came back to the store, OVER AN HOUR AWAY from my home. Corporate wouldn’t help either. Referred me to the store. Nope. Just lost customers.

This is the absolute worst Dunkin around. The lack of knowledge is ridiculous and there seems to be manager Kristen is terrible. She has a slight attitude problem when directed and has a terrible way or carrying herself no wonder this store only has a 3 star rating.

This store definetly needs some sort of store update, how old it looks really throws off the atmosphere so I hope they change it. But I couldn't love the staff more! Kristen and Gabi are my absolute favorite dunkin workers. 10/10 because of them I will definetly be going back.

Waited in the line for 30 minutes and got yelled at my an employee for asking if I could still order. Drove away because I couldn’t wait anymore, and she stuck her head out of the window and yelled at me. Terrible service, rude people :(

First let me start by saying that Kristen the beautiful older woman who took my order was very friendly and sweet. BUT…. The complete lack of knowledge for the products they sale is getting ridiculous. I order the exact same thing at EVERY Dunkin’ Donuts I visit and it is a Large sugar free iced coffee with hazelnut, 2 hash browns, and a plain bagel toasted with butter. It cost the SAME thing every time which allows me to pay with a 10 dollar bill. Today my order was over 10.00. So I asked for my receipt. After viewing my receipt they charged me the price for a bagel with cream cheese and then charged me an extra 25 cents for butter!! When I asked about it she said they always do a charge for butter. Again I KNOW this is not true cause I just ordered the same thing the previous morning from the same location. So I open my bagel and show her there was no cream cheese and they charged me for butter packets but didn’t give me those either. She was very nice about it and called her manager who issued a refund but then when I asked for the butter packets she told me they already put butter on it….with an attitude like it was my fault they got my order wrong…..No apology for me having to go back through the drive thru to correct the issue. Now let me clarify I could care less about the change I just wanted the butter I was charged for because the bagels are a little dry with out it and I realize people make mistakes but the manager definitely wasn’t pleasant at all. A smile goes a long way. ?Thank you Kristen for still remaining sweet and friendly in spite of your manager. Your a peach!
